Lamb Gozi

A piece of Arabic lamb carefully cooked with luxurious saffron threads, rose water and mixed Bahraini spices, served with rice garnished with gozi filling (caramelized onions with raisin and tender potatoes berries), served with daqoos sauce and golden cashew nuts.
