Mudallal Chicken

Two layers of basmati rice cooked with cubes of carrots, green peppers, caramelized onions, garlic and special spices with fresh parsley and dill leaves, stuffed with a layer of chicken cooked with vegetables and sumac, covered with cream cheese, served roasted in the oven.
